Stop saying "I don't know" in your meetings 💼 In a high-stakes meeting or presentation, saying "I don't know" can sometimes feel like you’re losing momentum. To sound more professional and maintain control, try these "Career Advancement" alternatives: 1️⃣ When you need to check the facts: • "I don’t have those specific figures / that information to hand, but I will get back to you by end of day." 2️⃣ When you want to provide a partial answer: • "Based on the data I have right now, [X] is the case, but let me verify the final details for you." 3️⃣ When the question is outside your scope: • "That’s a great question. [Name] is actually the best person to speak on that, but from my perspective..." The Goal: You aren't just giving an answer; you are managing the conversation. This is the difference between "textbook English" and Boardroom Fluency. ________________________________________ 🟢▶︎▶︎ Want to master the language of leadership? Today was a busy day, and I feel a little tired now. In the morning, I went to the dentist. I do not like going there, because the sound and the smell make me nervous. The treatment was not very painful, but I felt stressed the whole time. When it was finished, I felt relieved. I was happy that I did not need to worry about it anymore. After that, I went to an eyebrow salon. It was quiet and clean inside. I lay down and closed my eyes while the staff worked. It was relaxing, and I almost fell asleep. When I looked at my face in the mirror, my eyebrows looked neat. My face looked better than before, and it made me feel more confident. In the evening, I started to feel strange. My body felt hot, and my head hurt. I checked my temperature and found that I had a fever. I was surprised because I felt fine earlier. I think my body got tired after a long day. I decided to stay home, drink water, and take some medicine. Today was not perfect, but I learned that I need to rest more and listen to my body. I hope I will feel better tomorrow.

I like going to see nature. Japan has a lot of beautiful nature, and there are many places where I can feel relaxed and happy. When I have a day off or when I want to take a break, I like to drive by myself and go to places with nice views. Driving while listening to music and looking at the scenery makes me feel calm and refreshed.I live in Tokyo, so I have not been to many natural places outside the Kanto area yet. Because of that, I want to visit many more places in the future. Japan has mountains, the sea, forests, and lakes, and each place has a different kind of beauty. I want to see these places with my own eyes. While I am a university student, I want to travel to many places and have many new experiences. For example, I want to go with my friends to see the sunrise early in the morning. I also want to go on a late-night drive and look at the stars in a quiet place. In the daytime, I want to visit beaches or mountains where there are not many people and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. After traveling to many places in Japan, I want to go abroad in the future. I want to see beautiful scenery that I cannot see in Japan. By traveling, I think I can learn new things and grow as a person. Seeing nature in many places is one of my dreams.
